Cold calling and prospecting via telephone - no travel required
- Build relationships over the phone with customers
- Handle rejection and stay positive
- Manage stress and perform daily tasks in stressful situations
- Provide best in class customer service to both shippers and carriers
- Proactively identify and resolve issues using critical thinking skills
- Preferred book of business
- Willing to utilize multiple software platforms and use said technology to grow business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
