Customer Service Representative
Job description
We are looking to fill full-time or part-time customer service positions in our Grand Rapids and surrounding locations.
Responsibilities include but are not be limited to:
- Provide world class customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Informing and selling customers on Sheldon Cleaners products and services
- Retrieve customer orders
- Operate computer and POS charge system while maintaining the upkeep of store appearance
- You should be organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks with meticulous care to detail
- We offer paid training to start and no experience is required but the willingness to learn is expected
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Days/Times: Monday - Saturday
Hours: 8:00AM - 6:00PM (Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
