This posting is for a position that we will begin interviewing/training for Late-Summer/ Fall 2022 of this year.

Premier Swim Academy is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives at our NEW year-round location in Diamond Bar! We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, responsible, and have a passion for customer service! We can also help you build your resume and college application by offering leadership training and safety credentials. If you genuinely love being around the water, have a strong passion for customer engagement, and enjoy working in an upbeat family-oriented atmosphere, then Premier Aquatics could be the right home for you!

SUMMARY

In this role, you will assist and engage with visitors at our aquatic facility. You will be supervised by Deck Managers and the Facility Manager. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with swim lessons, answering the phones, using POS system, and other clerical duties as assigned. You will also be responsible for opening and closing procedures as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Ensure the safety of all visitors by enforcing facility policies.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed.
• Communicate and cooperate with management teams.
• Knowledge of programs held at the facility
• Understand the class rosters and how to transfer students into classes as they promote.
• Assist customers with billing questions.
• Communicating with the public about facility and company polices.
• Establish a professional relationship with the public, clients, and co-workers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Be able to work a minimum of 2 days a week and have one day of weekend availability.
• Candidate must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must have ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Problem-solving skills, multi-tasking ability, and a willingness to adapt quickly

Preferred

• Have prior customer service experience.
• Able to work three days during the week and have weekend availability.
