We are looking for a talented young professional capable of managing our Customer Service and providing service to our customers through all the available channels (mail, phone, selling portals) especially email.

Job Description:

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone showing a selling attitude.
• Ability to handle complaints, and turn a negative experience of a customer into a positive one.
• Assisting in activities related to day to day to e-commerce operation, listing, marketplaces, sales, return processing, conversion, A/B testing and reporting. Basic understanding of E-Commerce (Shopify, and online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay) is a plus

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel mainly)

• Outstanding work ethic and a high level of professionalism
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Other information:

• Full-time job from 9 am to 5 pm
