What you do
- Greet current and potential clients, suppliers and other contractors/consultants and serve as the initial method of incoming communication
- Answering and handling inbound calls from external and internal customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Providing accurate and timely information to inbound callers regarding Leixir’ s service and product information, including but not limited to fee schedules, company policies, ETA’s
- Completing call reports and logs as necessary; updating details of comments, inquiries, complaints and actions and documenting within appropriate database
- Gain familiarity with Sales, Marketing and product initiatives to direct incoming questions and serve as a source of information when necessary
- Communicating with clients and inter-departmental staff on case details, issues, and non-conformances
- Represent the company well in interactions with clients and the public
- File records, correspondence, reports, and other documents as required and in accordance with established department procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Client Experience team to achieve key performance indicators and company wide strategic goals
What you bring
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment and meeting standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions
- Computer skills with MS Office products
- A general understanding of the dental industry is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, emphasis in a call center environment preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
