Our company seeks to hire an experienced, knowledgeable and ambitious Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is motivated, driven and has a strong work ethic. This position requires excellent communication skills, including writing and interpersonal abilities. We're looking for someone who loves finding solutions to problems, working independently within a team framework and prioritizing workloads effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and email from customers.
• Help customers troubleshoot problems.
• Transfer customers to the appropriate department for further assistance when needed.
• Anticipate customer needs.
• Effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Use a phone to speak with customers and write down their information., Use a computer to check company records and research information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
