Kamps Overview:

Kamps is a full service pallet company meeting the needs of industries coast to coast. Kamps manufactures new pallets, reconditioned pallets, and recycles unrepairable pallets into mulch and bark. Essential Functions:

• Work with Plant Manager and General Manager in accordance with plant policies, and procedures
• Review and complete paperwork as required
• Take phone calls and emails from customers/vendors in a friendly manner while managing their expectations
• Work closely with dispatch on scheduling customer pickups and deliveries as well as continually communicating with customers/vendors on the status of the deliveries/pickups
• Enter shipping and receiving orders in KP Tools
• Manage orders and schedules for the plant
• Be familiar with dispatch duties and assist when needed
• Handle outside carriers picking up at the facility
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager or General Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must have previous customer service experience
• Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office/Outlook Email
• Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
• Must be able to meet deadlines and work well with varied personalities and ability levels
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
