Call Center Representative Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and at least 18 years of age.

Schedules:

Training is 3-4 weeks Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Normal schedules after training are late shifts Monday – Friday, within the operating hours of 11:00AM – 10:00PM. One Saturday a month 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
