Fast Response Heating & Cooling is a family owned and operated HVAC contractor looking to add to our growing team of customer care associates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers inbound phone calls
• Place outbound calls
• Address customer needs with care and efficiency
• Assist management in de-escalation of sensitive situations
• Empathize with homeowners in their time of need
• Perform other duties/projects assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
• Ability to work independently
• Stressful situations may occur must be able to maintain professional composure
• Proven ability to maintain high quality calls 8hours a day 5 to 6 days a week
• Demonstrated excellence in customer issue resolution across all contact channels (e-mail, text and phone)
• Superior active listening skills; asking clarifying questions to be sure the correct message is understood
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to sit for long periods of time using a computer to enter and process customer information
• Handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work with minimal unplanned absences
• Ability to arrive to work on time
• Willing to work overtime and weekend hours
• Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM with rotating Saturdays from 8AM to 12PM(1 to 2 Saturdays a month). If you cannot work these hours please do not apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
