Summary
As the brand is growing, so is our team! Egglife Foods is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team. The CSR will report to the Warehouse Manager, a role currently held by Ian Guess. This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating customer orders and assisting in resolving customer issues on a daily basis.

Essential job functions
· The Customer Service Representative will own the customer PO process from start to finish.
· Receive and validate customer orders/PO’s
· Follow-up with customer on issues with their orders/PO’s including:
o Incorrect order quantity
o Incorrect requested delivery date
· Enter Customer orders/PO’s into system (Oracle)
· Communicate customer orders to Shipping & Warehouse team
· Work with Shipping & Warehouse team to expedite customs orders as needed (with proper approval from manager/Sales/Chief Sales Officer
· Communicate all shipment issues to Customer, i.e. short ship versus PO
· Follow-up on all customer inquiries including:
o Order changes
o Delivery date changes
o Status of delivery
· Track Customer Orders
o Reporting/tracking
§ Orders by customer, sku, quantity, time
§ Case fill rate
§ On time and In Full
o Confirm customer deliveries
· Ensure successful resolution of all Customer issues
· Work hand-in-hand with the Freight Coordinator to ensure accurate on-time order fulfillment.
· Serve as the backup for the Freight Coordinator position.
Qualifications
· Associates degree in business or related field is preferred (however, relevant applicable work experience in customer service will also be considered).
· The role involves substantial, direct interaction with internal and external customers. Therefore, this position requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and proper email and telephone etiquette.
· The role requires the ability to read, write and communicate orally and in writing.
· The position requires strong problem-solving ability.
· This position relies heavily on PC usage and telephone interactions. Therefore, demonstrated proficiency/ PC knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software are required.
· The role requires the ability to contribute to the department’s clerical needs such as light filing, etc.
· The position requires the ability to work in a professional call-center environment, sitting for long periods of time, and using the telephone and computer.
· Bi-lingual capabilities in English and Spanish are not required but are strongly desired.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
