This job is for a CSR/Customer Service Representative for the three-trade service company of Cornerstone Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical. This opportunity is to work a hybrid position, with both an in office schedule as well as a remote working schedule.

Job Duties:

• Provide fast and friendly customer service for new and existing customers.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a team environment.
• Outbound calls to existing customer base (NO cold Calling)
• Handling misc. questions from clients with help from others on our team. Ex. Billing, sales, etc.
• Booking appointments for clients
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Scheduling of technician routes during evening and weekend shifts.
• Communication and support for field staff.
• Communication with a remote call center for support on scheduling.
• And more!

Requirements

• Experience handling a large volume of phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills; active listening
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to continuously learn and be a team player!

Preferred experience:

• Service Titan Software
• Multi-line phone system
• Background in a home trades service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
