Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples, price quotations, and customer correspondence.
• Process orders, revisions, and confirmations of sales/back orders.
• Collaborate with sales staff and supervisors to assist with any necessary sales related projects and reports.
• Assist with incoming calls and inquiries.
• Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps.
• Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.
• Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments in the company to address customer needs.
• Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School graduate
• Familiar with ERP systems
• Computer literate, self-motivated and works well in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented
• Superior organizational skills
• Professional people skills and extraordinary customer service skills
• Prior experience in a customer service support role in a professional business environment

Schedule is Monday - Friday

SAS salary range: $17.50 - $27.00 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
