The On-Site Representative

Contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading, independent distributor and global provider of innovative supply chain solutions in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is an onsite position, which pays $20 an hour with benefits.

The On-Site Representative is accountable for representing the company at customer production sites, interacting, and coordinating with customer representatives and functional area managers to maintain and replenish customer supply locations.

Responsibilities

· Act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

· Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations)

· Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications

· Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs

· Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution

Qualifications:

· A High school diploma

· Previous experience with customer service

· Good written and verbal communication skills
