We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager for our client, a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. The main responsibilities of this position will be to provide superior customer support to customers that result in customer retention.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative/Account Manager:

• Handle all customer inquiries including order status, shipping & receiving dates, expediting, product availability, special items and pricing/quotations
• Process invoices
• Enter sales lead, customer orders and updated customer information into computer ERP system
• Communicate leads and sales potential to outside sales force
• Maintains pricing agreements and contracts for each customer assigned
• Interacts with manufacturing and Logistics departments ensuring customer requirements are met
• Build positive relationship with customers

Requirements of Customer Service Representative/Account Manager:

• HS degree, college preferred but not required
• 2+ years of recent industrial / commercial customer service experience
• Customer service advocate willing to go the extra mile to service internal and external customers.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications

The hours for this Full Time position are 8AM-5PM. The pay rate is $25-28/hr depending on experience.
