We are seeking a Customer Service Phone Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for relaying incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards as outlined by management on service delivery/quality of call
• Answers, screens, and routes inbound and external calls using UIP phone systems
• Checks voicemail daily for missed calls
• Uses company directory to properly transfer incoming calls
• Utilizes Desktop applications to provide service support
• Maintains and shares information on any business changes
• Handles escalated and or potential threat calls
• Communicates with management and team through remote chat
• Provide support to corporate mail team. This will include, but it not limited to, receiving and logging mail/packages and assisting with dispatching drivers to various drop off locations

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 6 months or more on PBX or telephone experience in the customer service arena.
