Parts Customer Service Specialist

Up to $65,000 to start plus great company-sponsored benefits

As Parts Customer Service Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Receiving complete training
• Serving as a resource for customers
• Learning to administer parts orders
• Taking, entering and processing quotes, orders, forms and contracts
• Scheduling customer deliveries
• Learning to process and coordinate service requests
• Monitoring open orders
• Creating and processing invoices
• Administering parts returns
• Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Experience administering/Coordinating Parts Orders
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ SAP experience / proficiency
