Responsibilities:

Performing the functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met.

Light call volume.

Printing and gathering documents and information in a timely manner.

Responding to emails in a timely manner.

Work with freight carriers along with FedEx/UPS to track, re-route, pick-up packages, etc.

Enter Return Goods Authorizations in Oracle system.

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience is required.

Attention to detail is a must.

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Pleasant personality for phone.

General computer skills.

Must have basic typing skills(including 10-key).

Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Oracle system knowledge is a plus.

Self-Motivator.

Enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation.

Ability to learn quickly.

Service minded.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
