Trend Moving & Storage provides top level customer service to our client base through telephone, email & online outreach. Our Call Center Representatives are essential to the moving & booking process on both inbound and outbound levels. This team’s responsibilities include but are not limited to customer sales interactions, resolving customer service inquiries, documenting communication(s) via company/industry specific software and outreaching customers from our Lead Source Campaigns.

To be considered at Trend Moving & Storage, candidates should meet the below qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to oversee multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
• Ability to work in a high call volume setting
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications
• Outstanding written, verbal, and problem-solving skills

This position is a full time 40 hour a week position. Hours vary Monday-Sunday based on shift scheduling.
