Do you have a desire to provide exceptional
customer service? This is a great opportunity for those with prior call center, banking, retail, or insurance experience, or for those looking to gain customer service skills in a professional and supportive environment. We have full-time available for first shift (10am-7pm) or second shift (2pm-10pm).
These openings have temp to hire potential! Candidates must be willing to work every third Saturday with a weekend shift bonus of $50.
Job Responsibilities will include:
1. Answering incoming inquiries from customers via telephone, email or web chat.
2. Providing compassionate service by delivering first contact resolution for the customer.
3. Strengthening relationships by educating customer on products and services available.
4. Listening with care to customers and patiently and calmly respond to their needs/inquiries.
5. Meeting quality and efficiency requirements set forth by employer.
Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience required. Will be taking incoming telephone calls from customers and assisting them with answers to their questions regarding their bank account. Our client offers a supportive work environment, excellent training program, and many on the job mentors to make each individual successful in their position. Training curve is approximately 2-3 weeks in length. Training will be day shifts 10am-7pm Monday through Friday.
