Forever Studios is a fast growing creative e-commerce company that creates unique photo art and personalized gifts. We are looking for someone who loves nostalgia, has an interest in printing and displaying photo memories and loves helping people.
You will spend most of your time communicating with our new and existing customers, creating a relationship with them and helping them place new orders.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Backing up sales desk. Including satisfying client needs by answering product or service questions and taking client orders in person, on the phone or via chat.
- Contacting our existing customers via phone, email, mail, and chat. Helping them with any questions they may have about their orders, learning about their needs and helping them place new orders.
- Maintaining a positive, friendly, warm and welcoming environment focused on premium customer service.
You must have ALL of the following:
- Minimum 2 years retail, hospitality or similar inside sales experience.
- Positive attitude with a strong dedication to customer service.
- Great listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Live within 30 minutes driving distance to Boca Raton
Pay:
You will be paid a base hourly salary immediately + commission after 45 days on every sale you make to our customers. Opportunity for advancement, pay raises and other benefits such as health insurance and paid time off are available.
