Purpose of Position: Partial responsibilities for the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Assure customer communications and satisfaction, assure effective use of admin staff, equipment, and materials.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Hire and evaluate field technicians

Insure enough field technicians are on staff to service the demand

Assist Field Supervisor with in-house checks with technicians

Maintain accurate attendance records, enforce attendance policy, document infractions

Maintain and enforce all company policies are followed

Make recommendations for equipment upgrades, purchases, furnishings

Helps plan and (or) execute office meetings, company meetings

Carefully monitors customer service and satisfaction and addresses complaints, online reviews, and in-home accidents.

Respond to all customers promptly and with courtesy & care

Results Expected:

Smooth employee and daily office operations

Correct Service failures, convert to raving fan status

High customer service satisfaction through communication

Employee satisfaction, loyalty, morale

Low chaos

Help maintain or grow sales revenue, customer base

Quality service, customer satisfaction (low cancels, good online reviews)

Pay:

Earn $17-18/hr while training and work up to $24/hr.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
