The Retail Customer Advocate ensures customer issues are addressed in a timely manner and in accordance with Palm Harbor Villages and manufacturing warranties and commitments. The Advocate will identify and escalate calls to the next lever for additional assistance as necessary. The Customer Advocate will also be providing assistance to the Retail Operations team in various job duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (All or some of these duties will be performed)

• Answer and respond to all customer service calls that come to the corporate office in regards to information or opportunities daily.
• Investigate all complaints that are forwarded by the Retail President or Vice President and respond to the customer accordingly as needed.
• Respond to Customer Service emails from website and forward to the appropriate location and management team as needed.
• Investigate and respond to state agency complaints as needed.
• Process monthly customer satisfaction report and distribute and provide training as needed
• Ensure entry of customer move in dates weekly for proper insurance release.
• Process Retail Salesperson license renewal notices weekly and monthly to ensure that locations are in compliance with local state agencies and process bond renewals.
• Audit Customer File uploads weekly

Supports other adhoc projects, duties and tasks to support the Retail organization as assigned including but not limited to: Weekly schedule collection and distribution, Daily Commitment collection and distribution, Review Push updates, Promo ordering, front door greeter as needed.
