Prior print shop experience is preferred, but not required.
Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Excellent customer service skills are a must Excellent follow-up and proactive customer care.
- Answer customer emails, social media, and phone calls.
- General Shop Help (Cleaning, Stacking apparel, Checking in apparel)
- Knowledge of digital printing, screenprinting, and large-format printing preferred
- Great Computer skills managing our job flow with CRM's
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- High attention to detail is a MUST!
- Be able to organize, plan and maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Friendly, competent, reliable
- A team player is a must Works well independently Accountable
Qualifications: Experience preferred, stable work history, some level of customer care experience required, Reliable way to work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
