Our client in the luxury jewelry industry is seeking passionate, sales-driven, communicative, and hardworking candidates to join their Customer Experience Assistant team! This role will be expected to provide insightful expertise about the company and the luxury brand and products they offer.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20 – $23/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Assistant will assist the customer through in-person and virtual appointments, phones, or live chat. In this role, the Customer Experience Assistant will focus on exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment while creating personalized experiences for each customer. As the Customer Experience Assistant, you are expected to be sharp, polished, detailed and tech savvy! Bilingual is a plus, but not a must! The ideal candidate will be able to work a schedule that includes weekends. This role is in-person at our showroom locations, which are open from 10 am – 7pm.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Assistant:

  • Create a unique, special experience while assisting customers in purchasing the product via in-person and virtual appointments
  • Reach individual and team goals by managing a high volume of incoming sales leads
  • Respond to all customers and inquiries with a sense of urgency and positive attitude
  • Familiarize yourself with all customer feedback to monitor your customer experience approach working to make improvements if needed
  • Utilize a hustle mentality and problem-solving skills to guide customers in the selections of the jewelry products
  • Using the internal program to stay task-oriented and communicate internally
  • Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission as you provide a superior customer service experience

  • CRM System experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
