Marketing

Credit One Bank’s Marketing department is responsible for developing communication strategies and campaigns that effectively convey who the Bank is and what it has to offer to current and potential card members. Position Summary

This position will primarily be responsible for providing data insights by analyzing and reporting on the impact of marketing strategies and tests and presenting findings to management to influence marketing strategies.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Evaluate, analyze, and report the impact of performance and historical trends for ancillary products including but not limited to credit protection, credit score, paperless enrollments, and authorized users.

• Design and analyze campaign performance to test channels, messaging, offers, and audiences.
• Create forecasts for ancillary products.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate across a network of colleagues in Risk, Marketing, and Product to meet business objectives, with teamwork as a priority.
• Approach analyses with structured, strategic thinking.
• Experience in search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen.
• Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
• Work with the marketing team to inform and influence marketing strategies.
• Perform data validation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of analytics experience
• Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and evaluate.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of Tableau and Adobe Analytics

Preferred Experience

• Use SQL, SAS, SQL, R, and Python to perform data mining and analytics activities.
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing
