Salary: $17.00-$19.00/hour DOE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary responder to mortgage customer calls and e-mails by providing complete and accurate responses to resolve questions and issues
- Handle all phone conversations with respect, diplomacy and patience while treating customers with dignity that results in them feeling appreciated no matter how intense the conversation becomes.
- Seek to resolve all customer issues, but escalate difficult or complex matters to the Team Lead when necessary
- Perform other tasks requested as they relate to the bank and its functions.
- Complete necessary training and serve as a back-up to other mortgage servicing tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Call Center, Claims, Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to diffuse escalated borrowers required
