Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an adaptable, coachable, fast learner who can assist our Office Experts in giving our internal and external customers fantastic service! Our Office Experts handle inbound calls with a smile and complete outbound calls with grace. Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and setting appointments for customers in two different branches
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded
• Must have basic computer skills including mouse and keyboard skills

Call center experience is a big plus, but not required. Dual language is a plus (English/Spanish)
