As a Customer Care Associate / HVAC Dispatcher, you keep our business running smoothly by providing support for our customers and service technicians. You manage a high volume of phone calls and voicemails, and you are skilled at prioritizing multiple requests. In addition to phone calls, you also effectively manage a high volume of emails and leads. Exceptionally organized, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties in our office, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible.
You're capable of meeting challenges and maintaining a positive demeanor as you dispatch urgent service requests. Our crew of skilled technicians relies on you to provide accurate, detailed information about their job orders. Self-motivated and independent, you proactively resolve problems and seek to make every customer a happy one. You are proud of the role you play on our team and find satisfaction in helping customers receive the assistance they need!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great phone skills
- Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening
2+ years of call center or dispatch experience is preferred. HVAC and plumbing knowledge would be a plus! Sales experience would be an asset. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
