Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between customers and dealership counterparts via email & phone
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
• Provide clear, helpful communication to everyone you interact with
• Be diligent in your note-taking and always stay organized
• Participate in ongoing training

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience REQUIRED
• Experience using multiple forms of communication (Email & Phone)
• Proficient with software and technology (Dual-Monitor experience preferred)
• Empathetic by nature. Empathy is a crucial component of this role.
• Team player. We celebrate each other’s success!
• The ability to work independently when required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Fluent in written and verbal English. Bilingual is a STRONG plus!
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Additional Details:

• Compensation is $20 per hour
• We are open 7am – 5:30pm, shifts will be Tuesday - Saturday
• Schedules are assigned during training based on business needs. We ask every candidate to have availability to work any of days/times listed above.
• All shifts are 8 hours, GUARANTEED 40 hours per week. No mandatory overtime.
• Every employee is eligible for a monthly Quality Assurance Bonus (we do not measure numerical metrics, we measure Customer Experience!) following 90 days of employment. Bonuses range from $50-$250 based on performance
• Attendance is extremely important and there are no absences allowed during the 2-week training period.
• PTO is accrued in hourly increments and available to use following 90 days of employment. Employees are able to accrue up to 80 hours in the first year of employment.

PLEASE NOTE: This role services all of the Chapman Automotive Group dealerships out of our Business Development Center, which is located inside the all-new Chapman Corporate Center, in Chandler, AZ.

We are looking for individuals to join our_ January_ hiring class. This position is IN OFFICE ONLY. This is a full-time, hourly position with Tuesday – Saturday shifts.
