What you will do:
- Properly apply fertilizer and crop protection product to producers' fields
- Operate all application equipment, including the latest in application technology
- Mix and load product to be applied
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and regular maintenance
- Complete all application/spray records timely and accurately
- Keep a safe working environment
- Provide courteous service to customers and team members
- Maintain a positive image by keeping all equipment clean and maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
- Ability to obtain applicator's license
- Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Able to work additional hours seasonally
- Desire to work independently with minimum supervision, self-starter
- Previous application experience is a plus. Will train the right candidate!
