High school diploma or GED required.
Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a floor buffer.
A physical exam will be required upon receipt of job offer and employment contingent upon successful completion.

Previous custodial experience.
Essential Duties
Responsible for the interior and exterior housekeeping duties of assigned campus buildings, including but not limited to floors, restrooms, windows, furniture, and weeding flower beds. Position also requires unlocking buildings at scheduled times, moving and arranging equipment and furniture, reporting maintenance and safety problems to the Custodian Coordinator, and assisting other maintenance personnel as needed. Work schedule is Monday-Thursday 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Friday 5:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (hours may vary during summer schedule). Individual must be dependable, self-motivated and able to perform duties assigned without direct supervision.
FLSA Non-Exempt Estimated Hours per Week Full Time - 40 hours per week Salary $31,200-$35,000 Based on the College’s salary plan and commensurate with education and relevant work experience. (This range includes a relevant educational level up through an Associate's Degree.)
