We are looking for a Cultural Arts Assistant!

The applicant must have great organizational skills and be proficient in MS Word and Power Point. Some Excel skill are also a plus. Must be comfortable with basic internet technology, such as livestreaming, recording, and uploading videos.

We are looking for someone who is very reliable, punctual, patient, has great listening skills, and who LOVES working with seniors! Attention to details is a must. Great communication skills both on the phone and in person are essential. Good writing and proofreading skills are a plus.

Basic understanding of event/program planning is helpful.

Must be energetic, team player and have a positive attitude.

Part time position 22.5 hours per week

Pro rated Benfit time includes Vacation, Personal, Holiday and Sick time
