Hiring an Experienced Lead Cook for New Cafe Opening in DC! Bluestone Lane is the leading premium Australian-influenced Coffee & Hospitality brand. We are seeking full-time, passionate & customer-focused Culinary Lead Cook to join our team in Spring Valley at 4874 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC. With keen attention to health & safety standards, pride in passion for quality standards, safety, sanitation & cleanliness, the Culinary Lead ensures that food served always meets or exceeds Bluestone Lane Cafe Key Success Factor of Premium Broad Product and achieves ticket times of 10 minutes. As a leadership role the Culinary Lead will rotate with other leaders as Health & Safety champion and have responsibility for opening and closing the cafe.
