Cub Foods Eagan Town Center is looking for fun and motivated people for our Overnight Front End Team. Are you looking for a job with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and employee discount? We want you to work for Cub! As an Overnight Front End Team Member you will provide friendly customer service to our clients by assisting them at Self check out and registers.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Assists customers and ensures proper service levels and courtesy from all associates.
• Organizes, directs and assists work of stock crew.
• Assists in planning and implementation of department merchandising plans.
• Orders product for front end department.
• Assists in monitoring and directing safety, sanitation and loss prevention standards in the department.
• Participates in receiving function and back room organization.
• Keeps Customer Service Manager informed about specific conditions in the Front End as well as successes and opportunities and provides suggestions for improvements where possible.
• Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
• Responsible for assisting with ongoing department planning, execution and evaluation in order to ensure maximum sales, effective cost control and efficient utilization of labor.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Cashier and stocking experience preferred
• Demonstrate an interest at continuously keeping updated and abreast of the latest trends and developments in customer service industry
• Strong organizational, time management, listening, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and individually
• Possess strong analytical and problems solving skills and be experienced in taking initiative and making appropriate decisions
• Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels of the company and in the business community
• Ability to work Overnight hours: 9:00pm to 7:00am
