Responsibilities: Case managers are a part of the multidisciplinary Inpatient Addiction Services team and are responsible for psychosocial assessments, development of patient treatment plans, and coordinating aftercare planning. They facilitate therapeutic groups with a focus on recovery from substance use disorders and maintain a safe milieu setting.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or related field.

Experience: Two years of experience working in a related field (mental health, addiction treatment, human services) preferred.

Skills: Requires an understanding of the principles of both recovery-oriented care trauma-informed care and how to support patients toward their treatment goals. Demonstrates good social, verbal, and written skills.
