Rudy Saucedo's Farmers Insurance Agency in El Paso, TX is hiring customer service representatives and sales producers to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is located in El Paso, Texas, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you!

Responsibilities:

• Sell and Solicit Farmers Products
• Assist customers with their insurance needs
• Take payments
• Actively Market in the community
• Help the Agency maintain and grow their book of business
• Educate clients on Insurance
• Great attitude and behavior
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products
• Establish client relationships and provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
• Ensure that all quotes, procedures and practices are compliant with Agency and Farmers expectations
• Work independently and with mentoring/coaching

Qualifications:

• Sales and customer service experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined
