The store manager's main responsibility is to consistently deliver great customer experiences, while maintaining a positive work environment for the Crumbl team. Essential Role Functions

Leadership & Management | People Development | Operations | Customer Service | Store Metrics & New Customer Acquisition | Communication | Technology Aptitude | Attention to Detail | Cleanliness & Tidiness | Facilities & Equipment | Safety

  • LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT: Lead the team to work together to accomplish store objectives and manage a variety of systems and processes to excel in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) while building and developing the Crumbl Culture
  • PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Assist in developing Crumbl team member's skills and capabilities for their current and future roles at Crumbl
  • OPERATIONS: Supervise a variety of Crumbl operational areas including: quality control and taste, cookie baking process, cookie presentation, facilities and equipment management, staffing and labor, scheduling, inventory, and more
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: We don't just want happy customers - we want to create raving fans through genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with every customer that comes into Crumbl
  • STORE METRICS & NEW CUSTOMER ACQUSITION: Managers are responsible for working with store owners to create goals and will have opportunities to earn monthly bonuses for achieving those goals
  • COMMUNICATION: Communicate clearly and frequently with store owners and the Crumbl Crew through written and verbal means
  • TECHNOLOGY APTITUDE: Skillfully use internal and external technology tools (point-of-sale, Crumbl recipe/order/fulfillment applications, scheduling, chat applications, G-Suite, human resource information system). Be able to problem solve technology issues through key technology support contacts when needed.
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Highly aware of the details of operating the business and ensures those details are managed, communicated, and taught to the team to deliver excellence on a daily basis
  • CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS: Always maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bakery environment, exceeding regulatory and company requirements at all times
  • FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT: Monitor safe use of and movement around equipment, including identifying needs for service and repair
  • SAFETY: Constantly train and coach on safety first

Role Qualifications

  • CHARACTER: Naturally has strong personal values and displays these through action and word
  • WORK ETHIC: Committed to giving exceptional effort consistently in all responsibilities
  • CULTURAL FIT: Has a strong internal "why" that aligns with owners and Crumbl, has similar values and character, and has a passion for food and baking
  • EXPERIENCE: Preferably has at least one year of business, leadership, management, and food or restaurant experience
  • EDUCATION: Prefer an associate degree or higher. PA state Certified Food Safety Manager Certificate required; certificate can be completed after hiring if the successful candidate does not already have one.

Following hiring, all necessary training will be provided and owners will support manager in learning the processes needed to be successful. Successful applicants will either have a Certified Food Safety Manager certificate or obtain one before the end of their on the job training period.
