Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities, taking budgets into consideration.
• Works together with clients to determine travel needs and preferences,
• Conducts research on destinations and industry trends
• Books travel arrangements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Keeps up to date with industry changes by attending live Zoom trainings.
• You must have a computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone and reliable internet service.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent communications abilities
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High School education
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Sales background preferred, but not required
• Hospitality background preferred, but not required
• We train you for Travel Agent Certification
