Access Services Clinician needed to join our team in Paw Paw, MI.

This clinician will:

• Provide intake, psychosocial assessment, and crisis response services for customers in need of or requesting agency services.
• Link, coordinate, and monitor intake, assessment, and crisis services within and between affected programs, community agencies, foster care homes, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop initial service plans and present treatment recommendations to the team.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Master’s Degree in a human services field with state licensure. LMSW preferred.
• Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to crisis situations.

Position is full-time (37.5 hours per week).
