Job description

The Baskin-Robbins at Galena is looking for dedicated openers with Monday - Friday availability. Shifts will be 5-6 hours, and if an opener would like to work later into the afternoon for more hours, they may do so. At minimum, shifts will be from 10:00 - 3:00/4:00.

Opener responsibilities include setting up the store, maintaining small equipment, cleaning, stocking, making treats and waffle cones, deposits, etc. Creating a clean and welcoming environment is a must. Openers have higher responsibility and are paid to reflect that role. There is significant opportunity for advancement with dedication and consistency.

Baskin-Robbins has recently begun accepting credit card tips. Customers have been very generous, and employees have been receiving both cash and card tips. It has made a huge difference in paychecks.
