Baskin-Robbins is the industry leader in ice cream and frozen desserts. We not only have ice cream cups and cones, but also sundaes, drinks, and ice cream cakes.

We are hiring immediately for high energy people who serve our customers with accuracy and top-notch customer service while contributing toward our fun and joyful atmosphere. We are looking for detail-oriented applicants who can deliver our high-quality products and serve them in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

Team Member Responsibilities:

● Offering high-quality customer service at all times

● Taking and fulfilling customer orders with timeliness and accuracy

● Front of house and back of house cleaning and sanitizing

● Keeping storefront stocked in an efficient and timely manner

● Working with team members to ensure efficient storefront operations

Team Member Qualifications:

● Must be able to work well as part of a team

● Must be 16 or older to apply

● Food Service and quick-service retail experience is a plus, but not required

● Must be available to work nights, weekends, and select holidays

● Our hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily

● Our schedules are flexible and we work around school schedules

● Pay rates begin at $8 an hour before tips earned. Both cash and credit card tips accepted. Pay rates are negotiable based on experience.
