Hourly pay rate: $22.00 to $24.00

Primary Purpose

Leads crews loading/unloading barges, trucks and rail cars by operating a variety of equipment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• 
  Work with crews loading/unloading barges, trucks and railcars
• Operate a variety of equipment such as, but not limited to: valves[JBA1] , pumps, boiler,
• Diagnose problems and maintain a variety of liquid handling equipment
• Assist in the transportation and movement of oil and chemicals
• Service and lubricate machines and equipment
• Perform work area housekeeping functions and help in providing equipment maintenance to operational area and equipment as directed by supervision
• All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 
  Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be willing to work overtime hours during the week and/or weekends and holidays depending on the demands of the business
• Must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions as majority of the time will be working outside
• Must obtain Safety training/certification as required by customers to work in their facilities and as required by Watco Companies at all locations. Watco will provide all training necessary.
• Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules
• Ability to take initiative and work with co-workers to accomplish defined goals in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen upon offer
• Must be willing to obtain a TWIC card
