Qualifications
- Candidates must possess excellent verbal/written, time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be goal driven with a desire to productivity goals; including meeting day to day business needs, with problem solving skills/ability to negotiate through difficult situations.
- 1+ Years of exceptional customer service and/or sales experience-Required. Banking experienced preferred
- Positive and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment
- Computer proficiency and acumen
- Self motivated attitude with a desire to succeed
- Strong listening and problem solving abilities, persistent enthusiasm when interacting with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal oriented professionals with an interest in strengthening their banking knowledge
- Exceptional time management skills
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to sit for long periods answering customer calls - required
- Computer proficiency- required
Hours and Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: 1:30pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday
