THE JOB
We're looking for a talented and dynamic creative to join our team in support of the ongoing management of branded communications including the development, planning, and production of branded content for a collection of client accounts.
Working closely with the Creative Director, and under the Marketing & Communications Manager, the coordinator facilitates day-to-day operations as related to creative production and implementation of brand strategies. Working across creative teams to account for production schedules and coordinating agency resources.
This role is highly involved from creative development through final production of deliverables and is expected to help creative teams navigate rapidly evolving demands.
REQUIREMENTS & COMP.
Must be available to work in person, in Miami, Fl. Please do not apply if you are not currently living in Miami or surrounding areas from which you are willing to commute daily.
Comp to be fully discussed based on contract structure and capabilities at time of onboarding. This is a contract postion to start with opportunities to integrate further into client accounts.
Desired skills/experience/interests include Public Relations & Publicity, Communications, Social Media Content Development and Management, Brand Strategy and Creative Development. (Project Management experience is a plus.)
The experiences listed encompass a broad range of work associated with the development and production of communications for brands in current digital environment. These disciplines often overlap and we're looking for individuals who are able to, and interested in, working across disciplines.
The position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with a team but also thrive independently. Individuals who approach projects with enthusiasm and are willing and able to take ownership of assignments - but also have the confidence to ask for help and voice ideas. Individuals currently or entering the field of PR, and looking to broaden their experiences into brand communications are highly encouraged to apply.
- In-depth understanding of emerging digital media including social platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to process and articulate abstract ideas and concepts across disciplines
- Highly organized and strategically inclined
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and think on your feet
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Ability to work closely with producers, directors, and designers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
