Our Coffee Crew should be comfortable building relationships and should be invested in creating a better day for our guests by handcrafting the perfectly made beverage.

What you’ll do:

• Create hand crafted drinks from our coffee, smoothies, and beverage menu sections
• Learn how to prepare beverages to standard recipes. Maintain complete knowledge of all our food and beverage menu items, price and availability
• Provide a CKC welcome to every customer and provide answers about menu items including any allergen questions
• Build guest relationships
• Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area
• Accurately using and cleaning barista equipment
• Accurately make drink orders and gather items ordered.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all our food and beverage menu items, price and availability

• Provide a CKC welcome to every customer and provide answers about menu items including any allergen questions
• Provide a high level of hospitality
• Accurate cash handling
• Accurately take food orders and gather items ordered
• Monitor dine in, take out, and online orders to ensure proper pick up
• Dishwashing and Cleaning

What you need:

• A good attitude and an outgoing personality
• Previous barista experience a plus
• Previous cash handling, counter, and/or server experience a plus

• Ability to work with a team of great people focused on delivering the same vision
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends, and/or holidays
