Covid Testing Team Members Needed! Elk Grove Village, IL

Hourly rate $25.00 Working Indoors

Full time with the flexibility to work 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays a month along with days during the week

Monday to Sunday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Need flexibility to work 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays a month

We are seeking Testing Team Members to work at our COVID-19 testing site in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

No medical experience necessary.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a highly professional constantly changing environment.

Team members will have limited contact with patients. Team members will create an environment of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and collecting specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

· 1-2 years of experience working in a team environment with the public, coordinating and leading others in accomplishing work activities

· Ability to stand, work on a computer, and move quickly to keep up with a fast-paced day

· Must be flexible with work schedule 8- 10-hour shifts including weekends.

· Clinical team members are expected to be flexible and operate in any role assigned throughout the day including registration, specimen collection, appropriate patient identification and labeling

· Responsible for daily site operations, such as opening and closing procedures are followed and inventory is adequate for daily operations

· Ensure safeguarding of protected health information and follow HIPPA guidelines

· Perform other related work as needed

We protect our employees by giving them full PPE, which includes masks, gowns, and goggles.
