Job description

Provide a door through door transportation service to ambulatory patients from residences to various facilities, internally and externally. Responsible for safely transporting labs, equipment and other designated items internally throughout the Kennedy hospital system and external facilities as requested in a timely manner. Provides the transportation from residences or designated pick up locations to each of the divisional Behavioral Health Programs. Responsible to report any changes in route and/or patient transport to STAT management. Report any issues and/or concerns that may arise during your shift to STAT management. Complete the required documentation and duties in support of efficient operations in the assigned area.

Ability to read and communication in the English language. High school graduate or equivalent required. Quality patient care and customer service skills are required. Clean driver's abstract required. 21 years of age for insurance requirements.
