Purpose: Oversee daily warehouse processes and activities
Job Duties
- Leads the warehouse staff
- Ensures every delivery is assigned and accounted for
- Ensures the Independent Contractors are properly uniformed and trained
- Resolves customer and delivery issues
- Supervises large accounts to monitor delivery status and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
- Reviews individual driver performance weekly such as cargo loss and claims
- Responsible for midday scanning of all products on the dock to assist with tracking
