Counter Sales / Warehouse
Kendall Electric is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual for a Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate position.

Position Description:

Sell company products and services to customers visiting or calling into the branch by gathering information about their needs, providing technical assistance when required, quoting, soliciting orders and suggesting additional products in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.

Clarify customer's understanding of products and services; answering questions; and offering relevant information.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards.

Performing defined warehouse activities specific to the receipt, placement into inventory, selection for shipment, and shipment of stock.

Must learn how to operate warehouse equipment including; forklifts, hand trucks, etc.
Position Requirements:

Basic math skills, reading/writing, listening skills and organizational skills.

Position requires frequent walking and standing for 8-9 hours.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

The ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, turn, twist and push are essential functions of the job.

Ambitious, accountable, organized candidates with industrial distribution preferred.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
Required Experience:
- Electrical Distribution Counter Sales: 2 years preferred
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
