Summary:
Assists with all incoming calls, receives, and places product orders, and helps walk-in customers with orders.

Job Duties:
Answers all incoming calls

Assists walk-in customers

Maintains in-store organization of merchandise

Performs other duties, as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong work ethic

Ability to work quickly and methodically

Dependability; reliable mode of transportation

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, area, circumference, and volume

Ability to read a tape measure

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

Prior sales, construction, or building material knowledge required.

Work Environment:

While performing this job’s duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.While performing this job's duties, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
